Special Accommodations

This program offers support to all disabled students attending DeVry South Florida.  The referral process begins with the Student Services Office. 

Students who request special accommodations should meet with the Student Services Coordinator to complete a special accommodation request form and submit supporting documentation. All supporting documentation must be within the past three years.  Please click here for a list acceptable documentation types. The staff will interview and assess the needs of each student.  Additional services such as note takers, tutors, readers, and interpreters may be provided based upon individual need.

Responses to requests may take up to a week once all sufficient documentation is submitted. Accommodation approvals are not retroactive, and begin the date of approval.
